Silvermine Guest Suite entrance is accessed via one flight of stairs to the first floor, where guests have full use of the unit.
The hosts live on the property, at the back of the house.
Guests do not have access to the garden.
Only 2 guests are allowed in each unit.
No 3rd party bookings allowed
No extra overnight guests.
No parties or events are allowed.
No pets allowed. There is a dog on the premises.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Please be mindful of the noise made.
No commercial photography is allowed.
No smoking, e-vaping, e-cigarettes, or cigars, are allowed anywhere on the property at any time.
No illegal substances, drugs, narcotics, or marijuana on the property at any time.

Guests must be able to climb stairs. The unit is accessed via a private flight of stairs
