Goed toegerus. Baie lekker 2 kamers met seeuitsig.

Baie lekker geleë op grondvloer. Die enigste probleem is dat die skottelgoedwasser in die garage is. Daar was ook 'n 10-ure kragonderbreking en daar is geen rugsteenstelsel nie. Ketelstoof ligte alles af. Andersins baie goed.
