Description

Simbalina-on-sea is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure complex in the heart of Ballito. It could be a great option for a family getaway on the Dolphin Coast as this apartment has lovely ocean views and direct access to the beach.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, the third bedroom contains a double bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. This fourth bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The other bedrooms make use of the third bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. This space also has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

Through the sliding doors is a covered patio with a table and chairs as well as a Weber braai which is great spot for a sundowner in the evening while admiring the ocean views. There is a lovely promenade in front of the complex which is great for guests to enjoy a coastal stroll. Guests have full access to the complex's communal swimming pool.
