Description
Faraway is our most remote cottage, it sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. A queen-size bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds. Fully off-grid and eco-friendly no WiFi, no cell phone reception. The bathroom is fitted with a solar heated shower with and gas back-up. The kitchenette has a fridge, two plate gas hob and all the pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you need to cook-up a storm. This cottage also comes equipped with an indoor fireplace, outdoor pit-braai and an bathtub under the sky and a hammock on the veranda overlooking endless fynbos covered hills. Simonskloof Mountain Retreat offers true off-grid eco-friendly hospitality, a network for hiking trails, rock climbing, abseiling, wilderness trekking and swimming in a farm dam or rock pools are just some of the activities right on your door step.
