Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The breakage deposit is to be settled at check-in to cover minor damages to the property. If any damage exceeds the deposit amount, additional payment will be enforced according to the signed terms. All guests should be informed of these conditions.
The property will be inspected at both check-in and check-out, with all items counted and recorded.
Dishes are not permitted in the Braai area; guests should bring their own. Glassware is not allowed in the pool area.
All guests must present ID at check-in.
Parties and loud music are prohibited, with quiet hours starting at 22:30.
The communal pool area closes at 22:30.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum booked, and visitors are not allowed for security reasons.
