Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No parties or loud music are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside.
No outdoor fires are allowed.
Guests need to bring their own linen for their pets.
Guests will be charged for breakages and lost items.
The septic tank gets checked after each departure. Should anything other than toilet paper be found, guests will be charged the Municipal Sewage Pump Truck fee.
Guests are requested to please remain on their side of the garden as there is a second cabin on the property.
