Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
* The home is rented with all furniture and fittings of comfort and luxury and must remain as such in guests departure.
A refundable damage deposit is due on every booking and will be returned to guests under all reasonable conditions.
* A guest manual is provided with all required information pertaining to the house, wifi connection and local attractions
Appliances and stove/oven to be switched off after use.
Please respect neighbours, no loud noise after 20:00.
Key to be returned to Key box on exit.
Tea, sugar, are placed for all guests on arrival.
No parties are allowed.
Minor children may not book.
Please note that 3rd party booking is not allowed.
No under 21’s authorised to book without an accompanying adult
No smoking.
No pets.
