Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID.
To respect our neighbors, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed.
Please note day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
The breakage deposit will be used for missing or damaged items, cleaning if the property is left dirty, and extraordinary cleaning of furniture and linens.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.
Up to two pets are allowed with prior arrangement, but they must stay off furniture, use their beds, and not disturb neighbours. Leashes are required outside, and cleanup is mandatory, non-compliance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Smoking is prohibited in the house, any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.
Remember to pack the following items, beach towels, dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.
