Smiths Cottage is a lovely self-catering holiday flatlet with a private entrance on the owner’s property in the heart of Umgeni Heights, Durban North. This is a great option for a small family getaway as the property has an inviting swimming pool which is great for the summer.
This flatlet can comfortably accommodate 5 guests at a time as it comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a breakfast bar with stools as well as a lounge with comfortable seating and an extra single bed. For guests’ entertainment, a TV and free Wi-Fi are available.
Outside there is a private covered patio with a table and chairs as well as braai facilities. Guests have full access to the shared swimming pool on the property to cool off on those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
