Description
Sonador Bush House is a self-catering bush house located in a tranquil area in Marloth Park, a conservancy situated on the southern border of the Kruger National Park. The charming holiday town is home to a variety of wildlife, including zebras, impala, wildebeest and giraffes.
The house comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and is ideal for 8 guests. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The air-conditioned second bedroom contains a queen-size bed as well, and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 single beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans and share the use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. Guests will be provided with linen and bath towels. All of the rooms have fans and mosquito gauze by the windows.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher. The living area opens onto a patio, which leads to a splash pool and a braai area overlooking the bushveld. The house also boasts a viewing deck where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, and sundowners in the afternoon, or view the animals that are often seen roaming the area.
Guests can enjoy a myriad of activities at Kruger National Park, including self-drive experiences, picnics, and guided game drives with local companies. Here, guests can go and see the Big 5.
The property has solar-powered electricity, batteries, and a JoJo water tank which are available in the event of power outages or water shortages. It also has unlimited internet and a private viewing deck with a view of the Kruger National Park to the west.
The smart TV also has Netflix and guests can sign in with their own DStv details. The open-plan area has air conditioning and ceiling fans. All the windows are covered with mosquito gauze that keeps insects out.
The house is private and the yard isn't shared with other houses or guests. Guests can relax by the big swimming pool and enjoy the braai facilities.
Undercover parking for 2 vehicles, as well as extra parking, is available. The house is equipped with an alarm system with 24-hour armed response by the local security firm. There is also a security camera that is only used should the alarm sound. This is for control of wild animals that help ensure the safety of the house and guests.
There are several restaurants within 2,5 km that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. A variety of other recreational facilities are also available.
