Spookdraai B&B is the perfect base to explore all the wonders of the L'agulhas area. A definite first is to visit the southernmost point of Africa and also do a lighthouse tour.
Accommodation is available in 6 guest suites, 5 of them offer sea views, while the sixth room overlooks the vineyard and pool area. Each room contains an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, bar fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The establishment has a heated pool for you to enjoy year-round, with wonderful views. There also is an elevated viewpoint, great for sundowners and whale watching. At Spookdraai a small vineyard was planted, making it one of the most southern vineyards on the continent of Africa.
One of the best hiking trails starts at your front door at Spookdraai and follows a circular path along the ocean and into the hills around the establishment, it’s a comfortable 2-hour hike. Also, guests can visit the nearby Elim wine farms, Struisbaai harbour or enjoy a fishing charter.
The guesthouse manager Marshall and his team will ensure u have a fantastic stay, he can even prepare u dinner and introduce you to many traditional South African and L'agulhas cuisines.
