The Standard Waterfront Rooms either sit a convenient 20 metres from Springholm’s teeming trout dam or a mere 20 metres from the water’s edge. This 2-sleeper room is furnished with a king-size bed, whilst the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit is well equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee station, cosy electric blanket and the designated parking bay is right outside the room and which allows you to kick back and relax. Everything, including lawns for picnicking, the Springholm Breakfast Room, the dam and the resident birdlife are within easy strolling distance.

The Honeymoon Suite comes tastefully decorated and includes a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. It also features a bar fridge and coffee station. There is a designated parking bay close to the Springholm Breakfast Room. So make yourself at home and enjoy the abundant birdlife, picnic-perfect lawns and teeming trout dam.

The Stone Cottages are situated on a hill above the dam and boast panoramic views over the valley. It comes beautifully finished and fully equipped. The entire unit can accommodate up to 6 people. The upstairs has 1 large bedroom with 2 king-size beds and a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin, whilst downstairs contains an additional bedroom fitted with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also an open-plan kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The living area has comfortable seating. The cottage can be separated into completely independent and private split-level accommodation comprising of a B&B unit upstairs and a self-catering unit downstairs.
