The cushions were brand new, and the bed is of high quality with additional comfort covers on both sides. The freezer magnet at the bottom was damaged by previous guests, and due to the festive season, we were unable to get it fixed. However, the freezer was operational. The remote was damaged during the guest's stay and needs replacing. We made every effort to meet the client's needs.
