No guest is allowed to book in on Sunday
We currently have strict water restrictions, use water sparingly.
Maximum 6 guests (including children) allowed.
No smoking/vaping inside the house.
No eating and drinking in bedrooms
No-day visitors, speakers, pets, parties/events allowed - the house is in a residential area, we would appreciate it if you respect the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours after 23h00.
If you break it - replace it
There is one security camera facing the front garden and gate. It will be on during the stay.

The house is close to the town center - the street is busy and noisy Friday afternoon (16h00 till 18h30) and Saturday morning (9h00 til 14h00)
