House Rules
Smoking is prohibited in the unit and guests will be strictly fined. There is a patio area outside where guests may smoke.
An additional R100 is applicable should there be 4 guests with the booking. This is limited to a maximum of 3 adults with 1 child under the age of 12. No unbooked guests are allowed.
Guests may not remove items from the unit without notifying the owner and without permission.
Any broken items will be for the guest's bill:
- Mugs: R40 per mug
- Other items (lost or broken): the replacement cost and a R200 fine.
An additional Doggie Deposit of R350 cash needs to be paid upon arrival by guests with dogs/cats. This is fully refundable if there is no damage or mess in the unit upon departure.
