Stolile Village 13 is a free-standing A-frame house located in a secure complex, situated in the seaside town of Hibberdene. The complex is ideally located approximately 1 km from the main beach, Jolly Roger Pub, Pick n Pay, Spar, and a pharmacy.

This double-storey home can accommodate 8 persons and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom is equipped with a sleeper couch, the third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and there are 1 sleeper couch as well.

The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances, utensils, and pots to prepare and cook meals, as well as a laundry area. The living area has a TV with an OpenView HD decoder, and leads out to the patio which has a braai facility for guests to use. The house has a private garden with lots of space for kids to play.

The complex also boasts a swimming pool and a baby pool, as well as 24-hour security.
