House Rules

1. You can park one car for free on the premises. Please contact us beforehand if you need more parking bays to make arrangements.
2. A staff member will do the check-inn.
3. It must be quiet outside (no music) after 11 pm. Voice levels must be lowered after 11 pm. Between 11 pm and 7 am it must be quiet in the rooms, public and outside areas.
4. Loud parties are not allowed at all.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside the bed rooms or self catering units.
6. Visitors are not allowed. If you want to invite visitors, this needs to be approved by the management.
7. The check-in time is after 3 pm (earlier check ins can be agreed after consultation and approval of the landlord) and the check-out time is 11 am at the latest.
8. There is a disclaimer of liability:
All persons entering these premises or using amenities or facilities on these premises do so entirely on their own risks and subject to the following conditions.
• These premises are private property and the owner, manager and/or operator of these premises reserves the right to refuse admission.
• These premises are monitored by CCTV surveillance.
• The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, employees and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property whether arising from fire, theft or any cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager, and/or operator of the hospitality its directors, employees or representatives.
• The landlord cannot be held responsible for inconvenience as loadshedding or wateroutage or as a result of work by third parties such as the council, local, ESKOM, et cetera.
