Description
This no-frills budget ground-floor unit is very compact and is furnished with a double bed, and work area and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a bar fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking or laundry facilities available. Guests can enjoy their private entrance, small garden, and alarm system, as well as a shared back garden and a refreshing aboveground swimming pool during summertime.

No children under the age of 13 will be accommodated.
No strong perfumes, smoking of any kind, marijuana, vaping or hubby bubbly or drugs is permitted inside the self-catering accommodations under any circumstances
3 Designated smoking areas are available in the garden.
The pool is available from October to the end of February.
Once you have made a reservation with us, you will be bound by Succulent Delights Rules T&Cs.
A refundable breakage deposit fee is required prior to or on the day of check-in.
No keys will be handed over until the breakage deposit has been paid.
You can either pay via immediate EFT, Cash or Yoco. Payment via Yoco will incur a 5% surcharge. Bank details are given on request.
Proof of payment needs to be provided and EFT payments need to be reflected in our account prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after departure, as the unit needs to be inspected for any damages after checkout.
If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that someone was vaping/smoking, using drugs and/or disguising smells with perfumes indoors, the deposit will not be refunded.

This unit offers an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering purposes and contains a washing machine, a 2-plate gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, and an allocated working space equipped with a desk and chair. Guests can enjoy their private entrance, small courtyard, alarm system, and parking garage as well as a shared back garden and a refreshing aboveground swimming pool during summertime.
