- Group bookings: We only allow group bookings if the group books all 7 apartments in the Courtyard. If there are more, guests can book extra apartments.
- Arrangement for late departure is at an additional cost. Guests will need to inquire about the availability of this service.
- Cleaning is included in the December holiday season.
- Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee for out of season bookings.
- There is an administration fee per reservation.
- Scholar and student groups are required to mention this upon enquiry.
- Strictly no parties and/or loud music.
