Description
Suiderstrand Beach House & Flat is a beautiful self-catering holiday home within a 150 m walk to the beach. It is perfect for a family or group of friends and offers a spectacular view of the blue waters. It is situated in a Nature Reserve, which is the perfect getaway from the big city lights, and is load-shedding friendly as it is equipped with a solar battery system.
This house and flat can accommodate a total of 16 guests. It comprises 5 individually furnished en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, lounge area, and dining area. The main bedroom is devided in two , one side furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, other side a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen upstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and in a separate scullery, guests can find a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for their convenience.
It features a centrally located table with chairs and an indoor braai area with a bar.It leads out to the lounge ,furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of streaming DStv channels, and Netflix. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The lounge opens up to the backyard with outdoor seating space on a wooden deck with a heated pool and a Loose standing outdoor braai.
Downstairs is a Smart Tv, Table Tennis, Foozeball,Fingerboard and Chessboard . The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso. There’s a dishwasher for guests to use.
