House Rules
The guest shall assume full responsibility for any breakages, damages, or losses occurring during their rental period, whether caused by occupants or their guests. The use of the premises and all equipment is at the guest's own risk, and Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd, or the homeowners, shall not be held accountable for any losses or damages during the guest's stay.
The guest acknowledges that exceeding the permitted number of tenants, including children, or causing disturbances through loud parties may result in immediate eviction from the property. Loud parties, 21st or matric parties, are strictly prohibited. Only the authorized number of people, including children, are allowed per property, and any excess may lead to immediate eviction. The management reserves the right of admission, and individuals under 21 years old are not allowed without proper adult supervision.
Guests are advised to make their choice carefully as changing houses upon arrival is not permitted. The use of axes for chopping wood is prohibited, and guests are not allowed to move furniture under any circumstances.
If the house or flat is equipped with an alarm system, guests must use it as explained in the provided booklet or by the agent during check-in. In pet-friendly houses, pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Full payment must be cleared in Etna’s bank account before keys can be handed over, and there will be no refunds for shortened stays.
