Die woonstel het ‘n oopplan kombuis (selfsorg kombuisgereedskap met yskas, gasstoof, mikrogolfoond, ens) en 'n gang met drie slaapkamers met koningingrootte-bed, elk met 'n eie en-suite stort, toilet en wasbak. Linne en handdoeke word voorsien. Geen TV/WiFi nie. Oorkant die binnehof is ‘n tweede 3-slaapkamer woonstel (Sunplace South) asook ‘n verdere 5 slaapkamers (Sunplace) op hoogte van die uitsigplatform.
