Worst holiday accommodation ever booked.

Driveway into place is extremely dangerous, no parking, non-existent security. My personal belongings were stolen out of the apartment, behind a locked sliding door, and locked security gate. This happened while we were inside sleeping. Beds were not made and linen not ready when we arrived. People across the road looking into apartments and making a hell of a noise. Don't ever go there.

1) Driveway is steep, but not dangerous. I have never had a driveway accident.
2) Each unit has an allocated parking bay, so where does the no parking come from?
3) Non existent security? All windows have burglar proofing, and all doors hare security gates as confirmed by the guest during the alleged robbery. We also have beams on the perimeter walls.
4) Personal belongings stolen. Why was this not reported to me? I saw the guests just about everyday, and feedback was that "all is fine". Why was robbery not reported to Police?
5) Beds not made. Guest arrived before check in time of 14:00 pm and unit was still being prepared.
6) People looking into apartment. Not possible as unit is on the 1st floor.
In conclusion, I find their comments misleading, but you cannot please everyone.
