Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
The balance please need to be paid 30 days before arrival.
The unit makes use of pre-paid electricity and R150 is provided; guests need to top-up themselves.
Please note, guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
Wi-Fi is available with prior arrangement for the account of the guest.
Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
Please note, the garden is enclosed by cables, and small children should take care.
Please note, sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.
Baboons live in the area and guests are asked to please do not leave windows and doors open, whether the property is occupied or not; any damages will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed, except if in prior agreement with the owner.
Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.
