Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the premises.
The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. No unauthorized visitors or extra guests without prior permission from the owner.
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
Please maintain general cleanliness in the house during your stay. Remove all rubbish and dispose of it in the bins provided.
Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Guests may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
No parties or events are allowed without prior permission from the owners.
Please switch off all kitchen appliances after use.
Please tidy up the braai area after use.
Children must be supervised at the pool at all times. Use of the pool is at your own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility for any injuries, accidents or damage that may occur during the use of the pool.
Electricity usage is for the guests' own account. The electricity box is in the kitchen.
