Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The chalets are serviced once a day between 09:00 and 11:00. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Strict check-in and out times apply, and arrangements need to be made for any late check-ins and check-outs. Check-in is from 14:00 and no later than 17:00 and check-out no later than 11:00.
- Game drives can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
- Breakfast, dinner and picnics can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
- Chalet 3 is not fully equipped for self-catering, but does have heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave, and a kettle.
- Sections of the Chalets 5 and 6 are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation and is accessible by all vehicle types. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
