Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. No additional guests or sleepovers are allowed without prior permission.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only booked guests are permitted; no unidentified guests may swap or join.
Regrettably, no children under 12 are allowed, as our space features delicate art and fine details that we aim to preserve. It is not child-friendly, and no cots or extra beds are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please avoid playing loud music or causing disruptions at all times. We kindly ask guests to respect the building's tranquil ambiance and the other residents by keeping noise to a minimum.
Please only use the allocated parking space.
