Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and include:
All bedding and towels (bathroom and swimming);
Hairdryers and an iron;
Filtered water
A supply of tea, coffee, sugar, oil, braai spices, salt and pepper, serviettes, roller towel, dishwashing products, bath wash, hand wash, and toilet paper.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R600 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Price is negotiable depending on the number of guests and length of stay.
Housekeeping is an optional extra at an additional fee by prior arrangement only.
Sekelbos wood and large bags of bonfire wood are available by prior arrangement only and at an extra cost.
No smoking allowed in the house.
No open fires are allowed as this can endanger the animals, their grazing and the lodges.
Swimming is at its own risk.
Recycling is provided for glass, paper, and plastic.
No loud music at any time allowed, to respect the peace and harmony of the bush.
No open fires if there is wind.
No pets allowed.
Should additional linen be used, over and above what is expected, a small additional charge per item will be deducted from the deposit. This deposit must be received by EFT 1 week prior to the stay. Banking details will be provided. This will be refunded as soon as the lodge has been cleaned and breakages or extras used have been identified.
Please note that there is a well-maintained gravel/dirt road leading to the establishment. Guests are required to inquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
