Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No pets are allowed on-site.
The use of four-wheelers or motorbikes is not permitted on the property.
No day visitors are allowed.
No smoking or vaping is allowed.
Any type of drug is strictly prohibited. If found in possession, guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
No glass is allowed around the pool areas.
Do not collect or break branches for firewood. Firewood is available for purchase.
Fires are only allowed in designated braai areas and solely for cooking purposes. No campfires or bonfires are permitted.
Wildlife, including birds and farm animals, should not be chased or disturbed; they roam freely for guests' enjoyment.
No loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise is allowed.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Thaba Thipa reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for non-compliance. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
