Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Any damages and breakages over R5000 will be payable by the guest.
Place covers on outdoor furniture and close all windows and shutters upstairs.
A cleaning service can be arranged during stays with prior arrangements only at an additional cost.
2 Complimentary bags of wood, and firelighters are provided, however additional wood would have to be provided by the guest.
Eating in the rooms is not allowed.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Please keep the music and noise levels reasonable.
Turn off the lights when it is not in use.
Laundry facilities are available in the garage.
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests and should not be exceeded. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Please use the water sparingly due to the ongoing water restrictions.
Kindly ensure that everything is locked at night and the alarm is turned on.
Please place covers on the outdoor furniture and close all windows when it rains. The covers can be found in the outdoor patio storage box.
