Thalassophile Beach House is a luxurious beachfront retreat perfectly positioned on the renowned Golden Mile Beach in St Helena Bay. Designed for those who cherish the sea, Thalassophile offers breathtaking ocean views, direct beach access, and top-tier amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The beautiful holiday home accommodates 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom, opening onto a deck with outdoor furniture and stunning ocean views, is furnished with a queen-sized bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the fourth with 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious living room features comfortable seating, an indoor fireplace, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and panoramic ocean views. Leading from the living room is the dining room with a large 8-seater table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, wine fridge, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. A scullery with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the garage adds convenience. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for staying connected.
Outside, guests can enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the deck or patio, both with stylish outdoor furniture perfect for sunbathing, morning coffee, or evening cocktails, with direct beach access. Guests can cool off in the swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas for comfort. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a beach swim. There is parking available for up to 3 cars.
The house is fully powered by solar energy for a sustainable stay. The open flow design allows windows to fully open on all sides, creating a seamless transition from the kitchen to the dining room, built-in braai area, and beach.
