The Aloes is a remote farm getaway situated near Somerset East, Eastern Cape.

Each thatched-roof chalet features 3 single beds and 1 double bed, all in an open-plan area with 2 en-suite bathrooms, one fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin, and the other with a bath.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool, entertainment area, dining area, and communal kitchen.

The Aloes is situated on a working farm that is engaged in land restoration, bringing Spekboom and other indigenous plants back to the landscape following years of over-grazing.

The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and the farm is well situated for hiking, biking, fishing and bird watching. Given the remote location, guests can be assured of a relaxing, peaceful visit.
