Rustig en gemaklik. Die bed is great, die ligging is perfek.

Baie lekker gebly, die WiFi was nie te great nie, maar ek het nie daarheen gegaan vir internet nie.

We were highly impressed with the artistic decor, furniture and ambience of The Artist's Cottage and its setting. The extras were pleasing, including the mosquito net, which we appreciated. The stoep loungers and other furniture positioned in a shaded and well-maintained garden with a swimming pool made it extra special.

A cold retreat from the heat.

The air con was life-changing in December. Sally was lovely.

Die muesli, jogurt, vrugte en beskuit was 'n heerlike verrassing!

Die mooiste juweeltjie in Prins Albert!

Lieflike bed, heerlike bad en selfs jogurt, muesli, vars vrugte en lekker koffie. Hierdie is die perfekte plekkie vir 2 mense in Prins Albert. 'n Kunstige klein huisie met alles moontlik waaraan jy kan dink, mooi linne, kuns DVD's, lieflike swembad, klein braai as jy sou wou, muesli en jogurt, vars vrugte en heerlike koffie. Alles binne stapafstand van die dorpie. En Sally is 'n aangename gasvrou, ons kan The Artist's Cottage ten sterkste aanbeveel.

Drie nagte geslaap in The Artist's Cottage.

Die kothuis is pragtig en kunstig gemeubileer. Plaaslike jogurt in yskas, beskuit, koffie, ens. Vrugte. Netjies en skoon. Bed slaap so lekker! Sally het 'n bespreking gedoen vir aandete, vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die lys gaan aan en aan.

Baie tevrede - waarde vir geld en Sally is 'n goeie gasvrou!

Net jammer vir die baie muskiete - volgende keer sal ek onthou om iets saam te bring om aan te spuit.

Beautiful, artistically decorated, comfortable ... a real oasis in the Karoo!

Prince Albert, a beautiful Karoo town! The Artistâ??s Cottage in Nuwe Street painted in crispy white and Karoo blue colours had a lovely artistic charm to it. The cottage was a comfortable oasis from where I explored all this Karoo town had to offer. I visited the wine farms, local dairy and the various shops and restaurants.nnThis cottage was well priced, clean and comfortable with everything you might need for self-catering. The owner, a talented artistâ??s artistic touch is visible in every room in this cottage, being a creative person myself I loved it all! This town has a lot of charm, the beautiful old houses and churches in town along with the breathtaking Karoo landscape is a photographers dream. I found the locals to be warm and friendly and took the time to chat to as many of them as possible to really experience the heartbeat of this beautiful Karoo town! The Artistâ??s Cottage comes highly recommended!

Die plek is baie netjies en smaakvol. Al wat kort is 'n plek om jou tasse op neer te sit.

I would stay there again

Artist's Cottage was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that there were loads of mosquitoes hiding behind the curtains in the bedroom. Perhaps this should be checked daily and a spray used to kill them, because once you close the curtains at night they are trapped in the bedroom. However, other than that, it was marvelous!
