- No hanging of washing on balcony railings - please make use of the wash line or clothes drier provided.
-Please refrain from making noise between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- No braai facilities are supplied in the apartment - No Braai'ing allowed on the balconies. Please make use of the communal braai area on the ground floor of the complex.
-The complex and apartment are under camera surveillance. Cameras have been installed at the entrances of all apartments.
