It was horrible from the arrival to the checking out. We arrived at 14h41, and the host made me and my kids wait by the gate until 15h23. When I asked her, she said she was busy checking in other guests somewhere else. Mind you, the website says you can check in at 14h00. Anyways, while I was standing outside with my kids, the wind was freezing cold. She was nonchalant when she got there and told us that another guest made her late, which made us late as well. Now we had to go inside, but the door didn't want to open. She made us wait again to go the other way to open it so we could go in. Once we got inside, she showed us around the house.
