Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The balance payment of the booking and a refundable breakage deposit is payable directly to the host 2 weeks prior to check-in and refundable within 48 hours after check-out.
The property is pet-friendly by arrangement only and requires an additional R500 pet deposit and a R500 turnaround fee.
If you are bringing along your pet, please confirm directly with the host that your pet has their latest rabies vaccine certificate, what breed and that they are people-friendly for any staff that may be servicing the house.
The Beach House may not be used as a venue for parties or gatherings.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Kindly note that an electric fence secures the property.
Linen is supplied.
Guests should bring their own beach and bath towels.
Housekeeping services are available and are not included in the rates.
Dishwashing liquid and dustbin bags are supplied.
Toiletries and toilet paper are not supplied.
