House Rules
The Beach House may not be used as a venue for parties or gatherings.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
The property is pet-friendly and requires an additional R1000 pet deposit. Please confirm directly with the host that your pet has their latest rabies vaccine certificate, what breed and that they are people-friendly for any staff servicing the house.
A signed rental agreement from the beach house together with a refundable breakage deposit is payable to the host 2 weeks prior to check-in and refundable within 48 hours.
Kindly note that an electric fence secures the property.
