Description

The Black Barn is a charming unit situated in Paradise, Knysna, offering guests comfortable self-catering accommodation with panoramic views of the lagoon and estuary. This flatlet is perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking either short-term or long-term accommodation.

The flatlet consists of 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the living area can accommodate 2 single beds which we bring in for larger groups. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Quality linen and towels are provided to guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, 2-plate gas stove, air fryer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a dining table, a TV with Chromecast, a fireplace, and comfortable seating.

The flatlet includes a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. A washing machine and clothesline are provided here.

Additionally, there is a games room with a pool table, a combination of foosball table tennis, an air hockey table, and an arcade machine. For movie nights there is a projector linked to a surround sound system, also with Chromecast. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure off-street parking are available to guests.

This flat does not experience load shedding as it has a backup power system.
