Description

The Boatyard Self Catering offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for the whole crew in Glenwood, Durban. This property features a garden with a communal swimming pool and braai facilities for all guests to relax.

There is an option of either the main house which can accommodate 6 guests or a ground-floor flatlet which has a capacity of 3 sharing guests. The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedroom in the house each has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, double washbasin and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The flatlet has its own entrance on the ground-level. It can accommodate 2 guests plus an extra one if so required in the same room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an extra single bed can be placed in that bedroom on request.

Each unit has a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. It has an open-plan lounge/dining area/breakfast bar space where guests can enjoy their meals. Access to limited Wi-Fi is available. A TV is available upon request.

Glenwood is one of the older suburbs in Durban, with tree-lined streets and parks. It's a short drive to the beach as well as easy access to highways. The location of The Boatyard is close to the schools, several hospitals and the University of KZN. Guests are afforded secure parking as well as off-street parking.
