Hey there! We're so excited to welcome you! To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone, we do have a few gentle reminders:
👋 Before You Arrive: Guest Verification & Deposit/Waiver with Truvi
You’ll be asked to complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and, most importantly, adds an extra layer of protection for both you and the home you’re staying in.
As part of the process, there’s a compulsory deposit or waiver fee payable directly to Truvi. If for any reason you’re not comfortable with this, you’re welcome to cancel your booking within 12 hours of receiving the Truvi email.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text—please keep an eye out and complete the process before arrival so that check-in can be quick and hassle-free.
🐾 Pets
As much as we love furry friends, our property isn’t pet-friendly at this time. Thanks for understanding!
🚭 Smoking
This is a smoke-free space—you are welcome to smoke on the deck area. If smoke is detected inside, a R500 cleaning fee may apply.
🎉 Parties & Noise
We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. No parties are allowed, and if we do receive more than one noise complaint, we may need to ask you to leave without a refund.
❌ Substances
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. If there’s any suspicion, security will be involved, and unfortunately, we’ll have to end your stay early with no refund.
🐕 Surprise Pets & Extra Guests
Unauthorized pets will result in a R500 fee and may lead to an early check-out.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you’d like to have someone join you, please let us know—unregistered guests will be charged R1000 per night. Please note that we can only accommodate 2 people in total in this apartment.
Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted at this property due to unsafe heights and an open pool.
🛏️ Food, Furniture & Keys
To keep things comfy and clean for everyone:
-Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
-Try not to move any furniture around.
-Lost keys will incur a R500 replacement fee.
