Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

No loud music after 9 pm in the week and 11 pm on weekends.
The extraction system in the bathroom must be used when taking a shower to allow airflow in the apartment. This is a cave-style bedroom which means it is "underground" and ventilation is vital. Should you check out and it is evident that you did not use the extraction, an amount will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
Please no 3rd party bookings unless you are an authorised company booking for employees as per our terms and conditions.

Guests will receive one bag of wood for the fireplace and another bag of wood for the braai as well as milk, salt, pepper, oil, soap and hand soap. Due to the self-catering nature of the unit, supplies will not be replenished once finished. You are welcome to purchase additional wood as we have some available for purchase. We accept cash and cards.
