House Rules
Guests are asked to provide their arrival time in advance. If early check-in is required, please inform the host.
The neighbourhood observes quiet hours from 23:00 PM to 07:00 AM daily. Guests are requested to remain mindful of noise levels during these hours.
Any damage must be reported to the host within 24 hours.
Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the cottage. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside, where ashtrays are provided.
Unauthorised guests not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight. The maximum property capacity is 3 people.
Guests are asked to ensure the front gate is locked at all times.
All trash bags should be placed in the outside bin.
Lost keys are a security risk and will incur a fee.
Guests may check out any time before 10:00 AM. Bedding should be left as-is on the beds, all used towels placed in the laundry basket, lights turned off, and windows closed. Guests are encouraged to check all rooms to ensure no belongings are left behind. Keys should be returned to the host.
No eating or drinking is allowed in the bedrooms. Guests are invited to enjoy meals in the designated eating area.
