House Rules

No parties allowed.
No loud noises that can upset other guests.
No visitors are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
Guests need permission if one of their permitted visitors wants to sleep over and an extra fee will be charged.
Owners have the right to ask any guests to leave the premises should they not adhere to the abovementioned rules.
