Great space outside of Kimberley on a beautiful golf estate.

Only let down was the very poor reception/WiFi which made working a bit of a challenge.

Lieflike, veilige verblyf met pragtige kamers en al die ekstras wat jy wil hê. Die staf is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons sal beslis weer hier kuier of oornag.

Worth the trip.

Great weekend and overnight stay.

The hotel was very accommodating, setting up our meals in the room, which was great. The room was very large and I loved the big bathroom and bath. I highly recommend the hotel.

Great service and friendly staff. Top-notch restaurant. Few upgrades are due to the rooms; otherwise, the place will retain its value. We stayed in the luxury room. The roof was leaking, and the water kept pushing up through the drains in the shower.

Won't stay there in the future - it is not value for money.

Big golf day over the weekend - so the restaurant wasn't available for Friday and Saturday. Had to drive into town (± 40km) to get a meal. The restaurant closes at 19:00, which doesn't give you much time for dinner, especially if you are working till late (18:00 plus). Handed laundry in for washing and it came back on two occasions smelling like soap - it wasn't rinsed properly. WiFi wasn't working. No chair at the dressing table to sit on if you want to work at night.

Luxurious.

It was a perfect location for visiting the battlefields in the area. Every night, we could return and enjoy a refreshing shower and a very comfortable bed, along with air conditioning. It was quite hot during the few days we stayed in the area! The room we stayed in was one of the nicest in the hotel, with added luxuries like a Nespresso machine. The place itself was beautiful, and we even had the opportunity to see some wildlife.

Absoluut fantasties! Ons voertuig het gebreek en ons het gewag vir 'n nuwe voertuig. Ons het die Cygnature geskakel en hulle laat weet, ons was bewus van die feit dat inklok 5 uur toemaak, ons sou eers 9 uur die aand daar wees. Cygnature het ons so geakkommodeer en het gereël dat ons laat aand inklok. Hulle het ook vir ons 'n spyskaart gestuur waarvan ons kos kon bestel en die kos was in ons kamers toe ons laat aand daar aankom. Uitmuntende diens! Oor en verby. Baie dankie!

A welcoming space for weary bones.

Just what we needed as an overnight stop. The room was clean and welcoming. The staff was thoughtful enough to have switched on the heater before our arrival. So the room was nice and toasty. The fireplace was packed with wood, ready for lighting. Highly recommended.

It is a very refreshing environment to visit. I really enjoyed staying there with beautiful surrounding. The meals were good and delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were also friendly.

'n Braai was gereël en was gereed met 'n gedekte tafel buite ons kamer. Die diens is voortreflik en almal is vriendelik. Awesome!

Complete disaster trying to find establishment that did not display the Cygnature Boutique Hotel anywhere for miles around! I would only recommend.

Hotel was very clean, luxurious, lovely setting in the estate etc. But all the signs were MMGC. That did not appear anywhere on our booking confirmation! Unfortunately load shedding - so made things even more awkward. They did supply lamps etc. Restaurant at golf course. Eish! Perhaps they are just trying their best. Probably brilliant to stay there if you had a golfing weekend!

Baie mooi oornagtariewe.

Staf was baie vriendelik. Restuarant waarde vir geld en hoogs aan te beveel. Mooi rustige omgewing om te oornag.

Mooi gholfbaan met pragtige eenhede.

Dit is 'n pragtige plek. Die eetsaal kort net so bietjie TLC, verf dop van die mure af en daar is waterskade aan die dak. Kos was wel baie lekker in die restaurant en die kamers is smaakvol.

Very friendly staff and the most amazing rooms and food.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent and friendly. Our room was beautiful and was equipped for the winter.

Het bietjie gesukkel om die plek te kry, daarna was soos hulle sê 'n "walk in the park". Ontvangs was ordentlik en baie bedagsaam. Die kos was heerlik en bekostigbaar. Die skoonheid van kamers en die plek self was op standaard. Geen probleme.

Good value for money outside Kimberley. On a golf course with great views.

We had a great stay, however, it would be great to have access to a swimming pool, which was a pity, and also there are a lot of flies around the restaurant, which is quite off-putting. Something does need to be done about that, as there were like 20 to 30 flies on our table at a time. But the service was very nice and friendly, the rooms are very large, and food was good. It would also be nice to know about activities on-site, walking to the river, or a walk on the estate, but reception didn't know about anything to tell us. Lastly, it is important to have backup for load shedding, as when the aircon was off, it was unbearable in the room and we needed to sit outside until the power came back.

Die restaurant het baie moeite gedoen vir my vrou se verjaardag. Ook is daar goeie kommunikasie tussen die hotel, restaurant en mini spa. Was 'n heerlike tyd by The Cygnature Boutique Hotel.

Dit was wonderlik.

Dis baie netjies, en baie skoon, was lekker om daar oor te slaap.

Rusitg.

Die kamer is baie netjies en skoon en het 'n lieflike bad en stort. Dit is veilig en rustig en die ontbyt was heerlik. Die personeel was almal vriendelik en hulpvaardig, maar ek sou graag vooraf in kennisgestel wou word dat die kamer nie 'n kragopwekker het nie, asook wat die gebied se beurtkragtye is sodat ek my reëlings anders kon beplan.

Very unpleasant.

When we were checking in, we had to wait over 1 hour before we could go to our room (they were busy repairing the DStv). We had to be downgraded from a Luxury room to a Deluxe room: room and bathroom floor weren't clean, hair in basin drain, fridge not working, pillow case dirty (for the price difference we were given a meal), items on menu not available. Lots of flies in restaurant.

Great rooms, great food.

Even though the rain had caused some damage to the buildings, an excellent venue.

Serenity personified.

A truly special place. The peace we experienced was unlike any other place we have been for peace and quiet. It was our wedding anniversary and I really appreciate what the staff did to make the day special for us.

Not up to standard.

The rooms need drastic repairs and upgrades. Curtains are full of mould. Bath taps leak. Carpets full of stains.

Baie, baie swak. Het foto's om te bevestig. Foto's misleidend. Bed stukkend. Mat gebrand. Met ontbyt was daar geen joghurt en granola. Badkamerlig buitewerking.

It was an excellent overnight stay.

After driving for a 1000 km, we met with Odri, the manager, she accompanied us to our air-conditioned room, made us feel at home. She was very busy with arrangements for the Annual Golf Championships, but still she arranged a barbecue for us, she made us feel special, thanks Odri, we will definitely join your venue again.

Baie netjiese kamers, goed gerus met als wat nodig is. Diens uitstekend en kos uit die boeke.

So-so accommodation on a golf estate.

Expected a guest farm with horses and canoeing, turned out to be a golf estate with nothing for us to do. Not working: coffee machine, DStv remote, aircon, WiFi. Not available: canoe, wine cork opener. Over supply: flies. Room fair, very clean, but nothing to do if you don't play golf. Disappointing and overpriced.

Die voëllewe hier is iets anders. Soveel verskillende soorte. Skoon gebied ver van hoofweg. Restaurant se kos was baie lekker. Slaapgeriewe skoon en fantasties. Stop hier.

Bo verwagting.

Ons het die eerste twee aande van ons wittebrood hier spandeer. Die personeel het dit nie vooraf geweet nie, maar het uit hulle pad gegaan om vir ons 'n besondere dag te gee. Ons is selfs 'n geleentheid aangebied om ons aandete by 'n privaat tafel teen die water by kerslig te geniet al sou dit beteken dat hulle verder moes loop om ons te bedien. Dit het ons verblyf onverveetlik gemaak.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the establishment. Totally private, beautifully furnished and all amenities needed were provided. Great restaurant!

Pragtige plek met heerlike kos.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Net jammer dat hulle nie 'n swembad het in daardie hitte nie. Die kos was baie lekker gewees
