Pleasant.

It was a pleasant stay! My family and I absolutely enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to the Dome when we visit Namibia again. The rooms are much better than represented in the photos. Only one of the rooms had a very old and wobbly bed.

Great stay.

It was great, but they could improve on the breakfast. Please use fresh mushrooms, not tinned ones.

Staff were amazing, reception especially the guy named Phillip, who attended to every need. Well done, beautiful hotel, clean and helpful.

Disappointing client service.

Although The Dome provides a luxurious stay with good views, client service can make or break the experience. Although the stay was fully paid in advance, the reception called my son afterward and claimed that he still needed to pay for the stay. Secondly, the morning before the stay I requested that a breakfast parcel be prepared as my sons would leave early the next morning. The request was not answered or attended to.
