I think a sign should be put up like 'climb at own risk' or 'unstable surface' (unless there is already one and no one bothered to read it, then ignore this). I had a family member who decided to climb the structure to take photos and the railing was very unstable, so they lost their footing and fell down the stairs. (No broken bones).

Gem of a place in the heart of Hoedspruit! The place is well organised and everything is made available. The hosts are always contactable and helpful in case of any issues. They also provided us with the exact directions to this stay. As we come from India, this eco hut made us feel nostalgic as it reminded us of our childhood days living in mud houses. There is a hot tub which helps you relax after a long drive. Beds are comfortable! Very close to Blyde River Canyon boat cruise and quad bike trails as compared to other locations. In short, we enjoyed every bit of this place. We highly recommend this stay. We will definitely come back here!
