I think the luxury room is pretty average. The facilities in the room are disappointing. The evening buffet offered lukewarm food and the bread basket was empty for the duration of our meal. It was not possible to have a cappuccino at breakfast without having to pay an extra R35! And the complimentary Americano was lukewarm. I believe an upgrade of management thinking is necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely chicken salad at the outside bar restaurant, though the garlic bread that comes with the dish was not available and the chef only communicated after we enquired about its absence.
