No parties are allowed.
Kindly take out the trash when you leave and place it in the outside garbage bin.
Make sure all lights, fans and aircon are switched off before you leave.
If you leave an excessive mess, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
Please advise of any breakages.
We provide coffee, tea, rooibos, filter coffee, sugar and biscuits, as well as butter in the fridge.
Please make sure the fridge and freezer are closed.
Condiments and oil are available for use, if used please replace them.
If it's raining kindly bring in the verandah cushions.
Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
