Description
The Glass Deck House is a self-catering holiday home on The Island in Sedgefield, positioned directly above the Sedgefield Lagoon. The property offers uninterrupted water views and is within walking distance of the Wild Oats and Scarab markets.
Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs features the main en-suite bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and opening onto a private lagoon-facing deck. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan lounge and dining area include an indoor gas-burning fireplace and lead to an enclosed sunroom with lagoon views. A separate TV lounge with a fireplace and an office nook complete this level. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor wooden deck with stairs leading to the garden.
Downstairs, the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. This level also includes a second TV lounge, a kitchenette with a washing machine, a guest toilet, and access to an undercover balcony overlooking the fully enclosed garden.
