Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The Islands is a residential complex with a very strict no-noise policy.
DStv access is available, please bring your own decoder, smart card and necessary cables.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Required documents in order for a booking to be honoured:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
Not included in the quote:
A breakage deposit of R2000.
Linen fee of R500 - which is only applicable for 2-night stays.
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
