House Rules
No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the apartment. A R2,000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside.
Please be mindful that the property comprises several rooms, hence, we kindly request refraining from loud noise or hosting parties out of respect for everyone's comfort.
No Parties or Events – Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low. An R2,000 fine will apply for violations.
Quiet Hours – Maintain quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM.
No Unauthorized Guests – Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight - fine applies
Respect the Property – Please handle our home with care and report any damages. Guests will be charged for any damage to linen or property.
Secure the Property – Lock all doors and windows when leaving and switch off all lights and appliances.
Use of Backup Water Supply – Water is limited during outages; please use it responsibly.
