House Rules

House manual as well as Estate rules will be sent with quotation, but the following regulations need attention before enquiries are sent:

We are not a party destination. The lodge, as well as the estate, have strict rules on excessive noise and speeding within the estate. The Lazy Leopard is a retreat from the hurly burly city life and gives guests a chance to reconnect with our beautiful natural world. Speeding on any of the estate roads is forbidden and can incur spot fines. The wildlife on the Estate has right of way at all times, from the snakes to the giraffe!

Aside from our own in-house rules, there are also our estate rules and they are able to give out fines in excess of R4000 for noise complaints or general disregard of estate rules.

We will need you to please acknowledge that you have read and understood the above before we can accept any bookings.
